Samuel J. Ngale earned a Religious Studies and Philosophy doctorate at University of Cape Town (2011). He also holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies by Drew University, in Madison NJ-USA (2002) and BA in Theology by Seminário Unido de Ricatla, Maputo Moz (1996).

He started teaching Philosophy and Protestant Christology in 1997 at Cambine Theological School, before departing to the USA to pursue higher education. Since 2012 he lecturers the courses of Human Dignity and Fundamental Ethics at the St. Tomas University’s Business School.

In 2013 he accepted an invitation by The High Institute for Public Administration-ISAP to chair Ethics in Public Administration course for public servants countrywide. In addition to the regular lectureship he oversees the Department of Research and Development at the same Institute. Samuel is a certified Ethics Officer (#596) and a staunch supporter for TEI.
